Miku sailor uniform

Miku school uniform inspired from an artist in pixiv I really need intensive practice, lately I'm falling behind quite a lot.. I'm envious of those who improving so much in a little time.. I can't imagine how much they put effort in drawing, it must be very dedicated :'
